Curvalicious Ava Noir, by Sharlena Wood
Lovely Burlesque performer, Ava Noir, debuted on our stage last night, and although it was her first time, she clearly impressed. Initially teasing us with pink feather fans, she revealed a delightfully curvy figure in beautiful corsetry.
Our second half introduced JP’s handiwork in red rope, and Ava Noir and I got to know each other a bit more intimately.
We had an amazingly full class of regular artists, plus a bunch of new faces, all very nice to see. And as an added bonus, Keyhole artist Mark Chong donated his sketch pad {I love getting handed an artist’s work}.
We did notice that with a fuller room, horizontal positions on our stage aren’t as easy to draw. We’ll keep that in mind. But I was very pleased to see that our artists are comfortable enough to get up and move around. I, myself, find it easier to draw leaning against the back wall.
Photos and Playlist from last night’s Session in the post below, and if anyone has drawings they’d like to present, please forward them our way.
