Attendee Info
This info is for our life-drawing events. For our Girls on Film all-cameras event, click here.
We are an 18+ event.
Revival Nightclub, 783 College Street, 2 block east of Ossington. TTC right in front, parking on the street.
We now only hold the occasional special event Session. Stay tuned to our blog for deets.
You needn’t be a seasoned artist to enjoy our Sessions. All you need are some basic supplies and an enthusiasm to be part of a fun night. We welcome all. The atmosphere is warm & friendly, and there isn’t an ounce of judgment in the room. You can share if you like, or keep it to yourself.
What you need to know about attending a Keyhole Session:
The class is drop-in format. Please come a bit early so you can be settled and ready to draw when the clock starts.
All sessions are without instruction.
There are chairs and a few tables and the room can hold about 60 people.
You many bring an easel, but please use these toward the back of the room.
You must bring all your own drawing materials. No messy, odorous or liquid media, please. Please clean up any residue/dust/shavings.
We do offer some 2′ x 2′ boards to lend.
No drawing materials, no entry.
No Photographs.
We ask artists to please refrain from loud talking and to put phones to silent mode.
The Session runs 3 hours, with 2 15-minute intermissions.
Enjoy the bar, but no food, please.
Each session is accompanied by a soundtrack.
Clean up after yourselves, and try to take up a small footprint. If there is ample room once the drawing starts, you may borrow a second chair, but please be mindful of those requiring seats and fair space.
We do ask that if an artist chooses to use any of the drawings for commercial gain {other than in a gallery setting or personal sale} ie in a product advert, that an agreement must be signed with the chosen model{s}. Please contact us for more details.
We reserve the right to deny entry/expel those whose behaviour we’re not cool with.
