It’s that time again.

Time to highlight all the amazing work that has come from TKS artists in the last 2 years. If you were at our first exhibition gala for SneakPeek, you’ll know that it was a deliciously good time. And we’re doing it all over again.

Held at The Gladstone ArtBar, our DirtyWork curated exhibition will display the debaucherous drawings, paintings and photographs that were created from TKS Sessions since July of 2010. We invite all TKS artists to submit their work, and everyone to come check it all out.

July 18th to the 24th.
Our Gala will be held Saturday, the 21st
FRIDAY, the 20th from 7 to 10pm,
with all sorts of delightful treats.

We’ll keep you updated with news as the weeks progress. If you would like to volunteer to help with hanging the show, please contact The Madame and she’ll love you forever.

TKS  is proud to present our 6th all-cameras event. Our next location is at a posh, private condo building near St. Lawrence Market. Tufted leather seating, patterned wallpaper and rich hardwood floors make this our most deluxe venue to date.

7:30 to 10pm

Girls on Film is our special series in which we present photographers the unique opportunity to shoot 5 models, paparazzi-style, for 2 hours in a carefully selected location. Thousands of photos are taken the course of the evening, where our models display themselves in various states of undress. You can also catch TKS HeadRigger, JP Robichaud, as he wanders the room, rope at the ready. For photos from previous Girls on Film events, peruse our Galleries.

All guests must come with a camera and prepared to shoot. Best expectations are for photographers to be working in manual modes. Flashes permitted. NO motion/video. No tripods due to space limitations.

We will be creating stations that will be both specially lit with flashes permitted, and specially lit with no flashes permitted.

Due to the nature of this location, all ticket payments MUST be through Eventbrite. No payments will be accepted at the door. Location will be revealed to all ticket purchasers. Get yours now!

Don’t forget to bring lots of digital storage or film! Thousands of photos are taken during the evening, and you really don’t want to miss the finale.

The fine print:

Doors open at 7:15, the event starts at 7:30, and doors lock at 7:45 to preserve the integrity of the event. This means you must arrive on time.

ALL PHOTOGRAPHERS MUST SIGN A RELEASE FORM STATING NO IMAGERY WILL BE USED FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES UNLESS A SEPARATE AGREEMENT IS SIGNED BETWEEN THE PHOTOGRAPHER, TKS AND THE MODEL{S}. You may find a blank release form here .

TKS HeadRigger takes down and hogties Dolores del Fuego

So… we’re thinking that Tuesday night’s Girls on Film V at Smash was a pretty nice way to spend an evening.

Our five lovely models, Dolores del Fuego, Finch, Jinxy Laroue, Poisonne and Sandra Kie were happy to display themselves among the 20th Century antiques while 30 photographers shot thousands of photos. We also made use of JP Robichaud’s mad rope skills, and he was quite happy to oblige.

From park slides to skull-tattooed walls to bar stools and big plastic letters, Smash provided many an interesting spot for our shooters. All to a soundtrack of some pretty sweet beats and the click click click of cameras, GoF V was hella fun.
