The Morning After The Night Before: Girls on Film II

by The Madame

Something wicked this way came

Tuesday night saw the return to all things lusty with Girls on Film II. Held at the Moroccan-inspired Foundation Room, five TKS models played it up for a slew of photographers, and a good time was had by all.

Despite a last-second glitch with venue issues, TKS was very happy to present a night of beautiful women and elegant rope. Camera bulbs popping to a playlist of sweet beats, photographers roamed the room, catching models in various states of debauchery.

Huge thanks to our models:
jay.kay.
Jennifer Rose
Nymph Suicide
Pandora La Glamme
Stella Semiautomatic

and to TKS HeadRigger JP Robichaud.

Shout out to Franz E. Kinkerzoink for setting up the lighting and the projection screen; and to Mattea Kennedy for being our lovely door hostess.

It was great to chat with veteran TKS photographers, and to meet those new to our events. If you were there, please send us your photos, and we’ll post them to our Girls on Film Gallery, as well as a link to your blog, flickr, etc as we like the share the love. You can also post a couple on our Facebook Fan Page {no nude ones, though, please. FB isn’t too keen on being flashed}.

We look forward to seeing your work, and to planning the next Girls on Film {at a new venue, wink-wink}.

The Morning After The Night Before: Shag Session 08|18|09

by The Madame

One year ago this week commemorates TKS’ very first extended Session. Filled with wool shag and 70s porn music, The Madame was joined by Pandora La Glamme and our Thai kickboxer holy-crap-he-had-a-nice-body Dan in poses that sent shivers up one’s spine.

We sadly thought we had no photographic record of this night, until TKS HeadRigger JP Robichaud offered this one only a few days ago, taken from his phone.

A fun night indeed, this was a sign of more good things to come.

If you’ve got any drawings from that night, please send them our way to post. We’ve already managed to find few, posted below.

Congrats

by The Madame

TKS would like to congratulate all artists that participated in SneakPeek. Comments like “TKS has the highest calibre of artists in any of the major drawing groups around town” make us all warm & fuzzy inside. We look forward to the next exhibition.

For those that couldn’t make the show, here’s a chance to see how your pieces looked on our walls…

Two Mornings After The Night Before: SneakPeek Gala

by The Madame

Wow. Saturday night’s Opening Reception for SneakPeek was epic.

I’d like to extend an enormous thanks to all that ventured to The Gladstone. Cocktails, treats, dirty art and amazing people made for one fantastic opening party. A packed house the whole night, we were certainly the place to be. We met a tonne of interesting people, and should expect a slew of new faces for Season II. Congratulations to all artists, and to those with sold pieces! The Show’s success means it will be an annual event.

SneakPeek was the perfect climax to a year’s worth of debaucherous drawing, slick rope-rigging, and great times with new friends. This Madame is enormously proud of all her performers and artists, and I do believe The Keyhole Sessions has made its mark on the Toronto Arts Scene. We look forward to Season II, and can’t wait to see you all again.

Stay tuned to this site for interesting tidbits throughout the summer. And send us word of what you’re doing to fill the Tuesday night void.

Peruse the gallery below of shots from the night, and please send us any to add.

See you all soon.

The {Evening} After The Night Before: Season Finale 06|29|10

by The Madame

Well, it happened. Our little engine that could, did.

TKS ended its first Season in grand style. A filled house with artists new and veteran came out to bid adieu with four models and a finely used vintage sofa.

Dolores del Fuego, jay.kay, Mara and this Madame enjoyed three hours of very close contact and some fine ropework, care of TKS HeadRigger, JP Robichaud.

Many thanks to all that came out, to those that helped strike the studio, and to Jamie Ibbett & Stefan Valent who helped transport our 7foot sofa back to its rightful home. TKS likes men who lift heavy things.

Fifty-five Sessions, twenty-five models, one master rigger & two guest riggers, well over one hundred hours of music, thousands of photos, print & tv press, Nuit Blanche, Art Battle, our first all-camera Session, hundreds of artists, countless drawings {each and every one beautiful}, new grey hair, many drinks, parties, events, kisses and laughs all made for an amazing community of talented artists and performers. As said before, the new friendships made are second to none. We’re immensely proud of what The Keyhole Sessions has become, and we’re working over the summer on plans for making Season II bigger, better and racier.

We hope to see you all again on July 10th for our first gallery exhibition, SneakPeek. Held at The Gladstone Hotel ArtBar, come by for drinks & treats, and a chance to see what our artists have been up to over the last year.

We won’t leave you completely without debauchery over the summer. Stay tuned to this blog as we post what we find interesting in terms of sex & art, as well as videos that strike our fancy. You can also keep updated on our Facebook page, as well as our youtube channel for the somewhat-safer-for-work content. More lustfilled shiz can be found on this Madame’s tumblr.

We can’t wait to see you all again in September for what we promise to be TKS2.0, along with an updated site and an extended roster of models.

Thanks again. For everything.
