The Morning After The Week Before: DirtyWork

So our show, DirtyWork, was a smashing success. Held at The Gladstone Hotel ArtBar, our weeklong exhibition of debaucherous art wowed a tonne of people and made quite a mark.

Hundreds of submissions curated down to 82 pieces were on display for people to see just what we do here at TKS. While it would be easy for us to fall on the wrong side of skeezy, we work hard to bring a level of sophistication to the marriage of sex and art. I’m very proud of all the artists who participated, all our wonderful performers who are the subjects for them, and all our patrons who help spread the Keyhole word.

Our Gala opening for DirtyWork was nothing short of spectacular. We strutted our stuff to a packed room all evening long, and it was lovely to introduce our community to those not in the know. Big kisses to JP Robichaud, Poisonne and Sid Licious for the amazing rope demonstrations throughout the night. To all those who received swag treats from TKS/Come As You Are, we hope you put them to good use. We also hope you got a kick from our adult cinema Peepshows!

Something Wicked This Way Comes

Come out and play with us!

In case you’re not in the know, The Keyhole Sessions is Toronto’s raciest life-drawing & photography community.

For over 3 years, we’ve paid tribute to the marriage between sex and art with 85 life-drawing Sessions, 6 photography Sessions, rogue Nuit Blanche, live rope demonstrations & various other events.

In honour of such amazing art by TKS artists, we’re hosting DirtyWork, an exhibition to celebrate the loss of inhibition. We invite you to come see just how much fun we’ve had drawing and photographing alternative models in various states of undress, bondage and sexual expression.

DirtyWork runs from July 18th to the 24th, but when we *really* want to see you is Friday, July 20th for our opening night Gala.

Held the The Gladstone Hotel ArtBar, it’s a night of treats, music, rope and smutty art, and a perfect way to spend a summer evening in the Arts District. Although the content is risque, the outcome is nothing short of sophisticated. All free, and yes, you can wear your pearls.

First 50 guests at the Gala will receive a sexy goodie from TKS and our peeps at Come As You Are.

So come pay a visit to The Madame, HeadRigger JP Robichaud, TKS models and a slew of great peeps to view over 70 pieces of delicious work. We’re also debuting our erotic adult cinema series, The Keyhole Sessions Peepshows!

We promise a fun & debaucherous night. ;)

Thanks to all artists who submitted their amazing art to DirtyWork! If you haven’t received an email yet, we’ll be sending out confirmations today to let you know we did, indeed, get your submissions.

We’ll be going through it all and informing artists which pieces have been selected by this Friday, June 29th.

It’s going to be one hell of a fabulous show!

It’s that time again.

Time to highlight all the amazing work that has come from TKS artists in the last few years. If you were at our first exhibition gala for SneakPeek, you’ll know that it was a deliciously good time. And we’re doing it all over again.

Held at The Gladstone ArtBar, our DirtyWork curated exhibition will display the debaucherous drawings, paintings and photographs that were created from past TKS Sessions. We invite all TKS artists to submit their work, and everyone to come check it all out.

July 18th to the 24th.
Our Gala will be held
FRIDAY, the 20th from 7 to 10pm,
with all sorts of delightful treats.

We’ll keep you updated with news as the weeks progress. If you would like to volunteer to help with hanging the show, please contact The Madame and she’ll love you forever.
